Bought a ktmexc530 from them. Brand new. Head light wasn't plugged in.Radiator find were all bent up and the frame was all scratched up by fuel tank valve. The bike stalled out until I adjusted the idle. And they wouldn't even give me a free $20 KTM cap with it when I asked.
Tom is the man to talk to there. Everybody is always very friendly.
