I, unfortunately, had a bad experience here. I've been with T-Mobile for several years now, and I have up until this point always had good service. Because of this, I recommended to my mother that we get her service transferred over from U.S. Cellular to T-Mobile.
Honestly I'm giving two stars because I really like T-Mobile, but the service at this particular store was very bad. I would recommend going somewhere else until they can up their game.
Why didn't he just help us when it was our turn? We could have been done and gone in a matter of minutes because it was just activating a simple flip phone.
The problem was that ultimately what was supposed to be a five minute endeavor turned into a 2 hour wait. This happened because the person who was helping us stopped in order to help another couple several times while helping us. Now, I can understand when there's only one person to help us and it's busy, but when it's our turn, it should be our turn from end to end. But this was not the case. The other couple was in the process of changing over from Sprint, and the would come in and ask questions about the service and stock of the phones, and then leave, and then return to ask more questions. Whenever they would come back, the sales person would stop our transaction in the middle of it, and help them until they left. He would then have to start our transaction over. This happened multiple times. At the fourth time, he finally finished us. It took five minutes to do, end-to-end. We mentioned the long wait time, but no apology or empathy was given.
