Jim Young was the bomb!! We had strolled thru a few weeks ago and saw a great sectional we thought might fit in our house, it did but we were on the fence about the price. Well Jim remembered us and called when the sectional went on clearance. I mean, that right there is so great! He remembered us from a 3 minute conversation more than 3wks later?
Friendly staff, got my sectional here and was able to negotiate a good price for it.
We got two end tables here and have been really happy with them. I can't speak much for the customer service, as we were just looking around and decided to buy them because they were on sale, so there wasn't too many questions to be asked. They've stood up well and have had pictures fall over on them but the glass hasn't broken.
We used to think this place was the "cat's meow"...last two visits, however, were not good. They couldn't find any record of our purchases because they entered the incorrect area code on the original invoice. And even after asking that it be corrected, "it's in the computer that way & can only be changed by the corporate office". Huge inconvenience & waste of our time everytime we bring in one of 12 dining chairs we purchased with a 10 year warranty. We drove the 2 hours from our house on 6/20 to do a warranty exchange on a broken chair & broken bar stool. We had to drive even further to the GB location to get the chair because the Appleton location was out. The barstool needed to be ordered and they'd call us in a week...NEVER CALLED...finally sent my sister who lives over there to pick it up 11/20. Ridiculous!
There's good selection but the prices are pretty High. We may have just gone on a bad day but the service was pretty abysmal. They are better locally owned furniture stores in the area that can match their prices but give you a much better experience.
We got to laugh with Jim and have a good time buying the best sectional ever.
