Bought a large painting here and couldn't get a coupon to ring up from our phone. Despite not being able to scan it, the cashier was very helpful and apologetic that it wouldn't' work.
I needed to exchange a large wall clock I bought from a Kirklands store in Madison. For some reason the clock hands kept getting stuck at 9:45. I live in Kaukauna and called the Green Bay Kirkland Home store to see if they had this same clock in stock. They did, and they let me exchange my broken clock for a brand new one, at no cost (and with no receipt). I arrived at the store, they had the new clock waiting, and the exchange took all of 1 minute. No questions asked, no hassle. It was awesome! Such great customer service!
