I think our waitress was high or very distracted . Kept on forgetting items. And when we complained about the dust on our toast she said "oh well". She carried the muffin over without a plate. We knocked over a glass of water and she left the ice all over the floor. We will go back to Perkins but not not the one on Onieda in Green Bay.

This pains me to write this review as we have always loved Perkins for breakfast, but this last time we went it was awful. First of all they were not busy, we were only the 3rd table filled in the whole place. The restaurant was disgusting and dirty. We noticed above us there was a ceiling tile with a big hole in it that looked ready to fall at any time. The greeter who seats us seemed to be on another planet like a zombie, once seated the only bright part of our experience was our waitress, she was nice and did a good job took our order but then the order took forever, and remember they were not busy at all for the crowds I normally see in there. When the order arrived it was quite unappealing. My wife was so grossed out that she couldn't eat hers. I ate mine reluctantly, but it was very blah and the proportions seemed to have shrunk drastically. My son got pancakes and bacon, again didn't taste as good as I remember even smothered in syrup. I only ever went to Perkins for their breakfasts and now I won't be returning because it was so bad.The whole experience was just nasty. I'm hoping it was just this particular Perkins, but after talking with other people they were saying how bad their Perkins experience was at other Perkins restaurants as well. So disappointing.
I wouldn't recommend... Good average at best... Same with atmosphere and service.
Getting the waitress to take our order was the biggest challenge. She was more interested in talking to another employee.
