I bought a mens diamond wedding band. The diamonds kept coming lose. They them took the liberty to give me a ring that was cheaper than the one I bought. They refused to do anything about it. Although it looks somewhat like the one I bought it was cheaper and does not match the wedding photos. Stay away from this store if you want an honest jeweler!

My friend & I went out to search for our dream engagement rings. We met Andrew & Laura who gave us the best service we have ever had, not just in a jewelry store, but any retail store! I was so impressed with how they treated us like we were good friends and not just "another customer..." I showed Andrew my ring & Laura instantly said how pretty it was & that SHE could "easily make my ring". I cannot tell you how amazing it felt that someone could just look at a picture of a ring & tell me instantly that I could have it in real life. We had no idea the outcome of our girls day would be such an amazing experience all because of Andrew and Laura. We both will be letting everyone know about how amazing Ashcroft & Oak is!! Great service & the jewelry is unlimited since they really can make anything! I can't wait to get engaged now that I know Laura will be personally taking care of me when the day comes! We love that store!
I was very happy with this store for the purchase of my engagement and wedding rings. However this last time buying from them was by far the worst ever. I put a ring on lay away. They put it back out on the shelf. Then after making a few payments in a month they called me and rudely asked me if I even still wanted it. This has been so bad I don't think I will buy there again.
