Terrible service! I brought my ESQ watch in for battery replacement 5 months ago. Watch was sent out by store for new battery install and returned to me with moisture under the lens. I asked for them to fix it since it didn't look like this when I dropped it off. Rogers then sent it back out for repair. Watch was then returned to me with new damages to the hour and minute hands. So they sent it out again. It has now been a couple months and have heard nothing. I just stopped in last week to see why I haven't been contacted at all. Their reply was that they have received an estimate back for $175 to repair. The sales person did not have an answer of why it hasn't been repaired or if they plan on paying for the damages. They said they would have a manager contact me a few days ago to discuss why my watched hasn't been repaired. Still have not received a phone call or the return of my watch!
